I send out a confirmation text the day you book and a day before your appointment, Please Respond so I know you are confirming! If you cancel at last minute, Or less than 24 hours prior to you appointment, your deposit won’t be refunded. Please understand that my time is as valuable as yours and that’s why I’m asking for a confirmation within 24 hours of booking . Thank you!
